Very simple. The fastest way to get her to release is to just tell her to relax and go with what your doing and to describe what she is experiencing as she is going through it.

Describe what she will be feeling and tell her that its not pee but that she's getting ready to ejaculate and that when she can't take it any more to just push it out as hard as she can.

This lets your woman know that

A. She's doing everything right.
